Mr. Moo charmed his foster mom the minute she met him!  He was found outside in the heat meowing for help so she scooped him up, brought him home and called Paw Placement.  Moo is the silliest boy who loves to roll upside down for tummy rubs and hope he gets some treats for being so cute.  He gets along with other cats and is a well mannered kitty.
