Roscoe was found on the west side of town when he came up to a person who was out feeding a feral colony. He knew he needed some serious help, because he had lost a large amount of weight where he couldn't even go down to sit. He had also tried to get in the persons car who found him, but couldn't even jump. Roscoe's rescuer saw he needed help and reached out to Paw Placement where he was placed in foster where he would get the care he so desperately needed. 

Roscoe was a declaw cat who had been abandoned and trying to survive on the streets ... He is such a sweet loving boy to have had this happen to him. We told Roscoe his next home would be his forever home.
