Riley was living in a canal for at least three months before her rescuers were able to capture her. She was thin, filthy and terrified. Riley found her way to Paw Placement, where she had a full physical exam and was determined to be a healthy girl overall. Riley is a 4-5 year old, 7 pound scruffy terrier mix. Though fresh off of her ordeal in the streets, she is a sweet and loving girl who adores cuddling with her humans, and is basking in the joys of soft dog beds and nutritious food. Riley is currently timid with other dogs, though that may be largely due to living on the streets and may change after a few weeks in her foster home.
