Meet Mowgli! He was found as a teeny, tiny baby by a Paw Placement volunteer. He's such a lucky boy. Being alone on the streets in the Phoenix summer is no place for a baby kitten. He was fostered with love and now adores people and other kitty cats. He's also been around doggies and thinks they're the best!
