Murray was confiscated from an extreme hoarding situation and, due to his fear level, ended up on the euthanasia list. Murray lived his life in the company of other dogs, never having bonded with a human. Murray simply adores dogs, and finds comfort and confidence in their presence. For this reason, Murray must be placed in a home with another dog., Murray is extremely fearful of human touch, and his foster family is working hard to help him overcome this fear. Murray loves to play with his doggie friends, and nap on his dog bed. Murray is mastering his crate and house training in his foster home, and is proving to be a quick learner. , Update: Murray has adjusted well in his foster home. He adores his doggie foster siblings, and spends the majority of his time playing or cuddling with them. He has bonded with his human foster family in that he wants to be near them and follows them around, but he still does not enjoy human touch. The concept is simply foreign to him and it makes him uncomfortable. Perhaps, over time, he may learn to tolerate and enjoy it, but we suspect this could take months to years. Murray has mastered his crate and house training, and now loves his crate and takes comfort in it as his safe space. , We are now accepting adoption applications and will be in touch with any applicants that might be a good match for Murray.
