William was rescued from being sold to the highest bidder in a discount store parking lot. This happy go lucky young pup will be ready for adoption by the end of July. William is probably a chihuahua terrier mix, judging by his size and scruffy hair, and will be under ten pounds when full grown. William is working on his crate, potty and house training, he loves other dogs and is very active and energetic.
