Milkshake was being fed in a neighborhood after his owners moved and left him to fend for himself. The person who was feeding him took him to one of our vet partners to be checked and decided he was going to take him to the pound where he surely would have been euthanized. The vet's office said they would find him a safe place with rescue and called Paw Placement. , Milkshake was covered in mats and very hungry when he got to the vet, but he is doing great and his coat is getting back to the soft, silky fur he once had. Milkshake needs a home and never wants to go through being hungry, scared and ignored again. , ***Milkshake is on a once daily medication for his thyroid that is administered as a gel in his ear.
