Marco and Izzy were found as strays, and had clearly been roaming the streets together for some time. They were covered in ticks, and matted so badly that they had to be completely shaved. Despite his ordeal, Marco is a sweet and loving young boy who wants nothing more than a family who will care for him for the rest of his days.
