Millie was found running the streets in Chandler. All efforts to find her owners failed. Someone recognized the dog and said that neighbors had taken her in off the street but did not want to keep her. So, during the day, when they went to work, they let her loose in hopes she would wander home. The result of this was a dehydrated, scared doggy looking for shelter from the summer sun., Millie is thriving in her foster home.
