Mugsy was left at the pound when his human family lost their home. He was a little trembly and uncertain in his kennel but with handling became quite personable and affectionate. Mugsy is the cutest ugly dog we have ever met - or maybe he is the ugliest cute dog we have ever met. He has an underbite that doesnt quit and the jowls of a boar. But somehow, in his face, it all works. Just like you couldnt help but love E.T., you are going to fall in love with this sweet little dog. As we learn more about Mugsy, we will post it here. What we know so far is that Mugsy is very friendly and well-behaved.
