Unknown breed / mixed (short coat) : : Female : : Senior : : Small Scottish Terrier - Purebred Brindle
Moira was rescued with her sister, Fiona, from a puppy mill situation. She was used as a breeder dog, having puppies multiple times a year for profit. Moira never saw a penny of that money. She was housed in confining quarters and given no love. , When we busted her out of her doggy prison, she couldnt have been happier. We took her to the vet and discovered that Moira was very pregnant. Just a short time later, she gave birth to baby Scotties. Her final litter. She will no longer be valued only for the puppies to which she gives birth., She will be prized for the precious creature she is. She will have alot of room where she may run and play. She will always have a full belly. She will always have a soft and warm place to sleep., Scotties are loyal little dogs. Moira is true to her breed. She bonds with her humans, yet unlike her species, she is a laid-back dog. She seems so grateful to finally be treated with kindness., If you are interested in adopting Moira, please read about the Scottie breed. Purebreeds have been bred for specific characteristics that drive their behavior. Paw Placement will only adopt Moira to a home that truly understands the type of dog Moira is. She is a precious creature and we want her next home to be the final chapter in her rescue story. More about MoiraGood with Dogs, Good with Cats, Good with Kids
