About Prissy

  • Status: Adopted!
  • Species: Cat
  • Rescue ID: 3191
  • Declawed: No
Prissy is the first of many female cats to have kittens this year. In January, she was dumped at the pound with little bitty babies. Not too far after that, more and more mama cats were abandoned at the pound. Every year, kitten season gets longer. Paw Placement adopted our last little in 2009 at the end of November. Typically we would have a four to five month break where we would concentrate on finding good homes for adult cats. Not this year. Six weeks later, here come the babies., Kittens are cute. However, people who do not spay/neuter their pets do not realize how many baby cats lose their lives each year. Many fall prey to outdoor elements while others must be euthanized because there are more cats in Arizona than there are responsible adopters., Prissy is a lucky cat! We saved all of her babies and we will find her a home as well. She is a sweet tabby cat who is very feminine. Her sleek body and dainty demeanor is how she gother name. She is a prissy, prancy little feline.
