Just look at that face! Miles is a happy boy. However, just a few weeks ago, this little min pin was living in unspeakable conditions. Miles is Paw Placement's THIRD puppy mill breeder dog rescue. When the owner of a Tucson puppy mill suddenly died, she left behind 30-40 Min Pin puppies and adults, all housed in small, filthy cages. Miles was very timid around humans initially. He had never been kindly handled - he was not used to being spoken to gently. However, after only a few days in foster care, Miles is wagging his tail and learning that life can be fun in a human pack! Miles is hesitant around men and bonds deeply with women. We suggest he go to a home where a woman in the primary caretaker and where all men remain patient with him. Once it sinks in that you are a "safe" person, WATCH OUT! You will have the most loyal Min Pin on the planet. If Miles knows you have his back, he will have yours. This little guy is just overflowing with love. He will flourish in a quiet household with other friendly canines and felines and where all children in the home are old enough to have impulse control (we suggest 10 yrs or older).
