Mustang is one cool cat. All around kitties cried at Animal Care & Control, but not this guy. He stretched out in his cage, yawning nonchalantly at passers-by. He didn't have a care in the world. What he didnt know was that his number was up - he was scheduled to be euthanized in a few hours. Why? Because over 150 animals are relinquished to the pound EVERY DAY. The chances for adoption for a grown-up kitty are very slim, no matter how gorgeous you are. However, a volunteer took one look into Mustang brilliantly blue eyes and said, "You are coming with us!" Mustang happily hopped in his carrier and off we went. Mustang is a very relaxed feline who will do well in any household. He is a sweetheart who will talk to you and certainly expect to share a bed. Yes yes - this pretty kitty is a big time cuddler. |
