Rottie Lovers: Nyla needs your help! Her story of the past 3 years is truly a sad one. It is amazing that she is even around today. Nyla was brought to the vet infested with ticks and barely able to move. She was not far from death and her severely emaciated frame could no longer support the weight of her body. The most soulful eyes told a story too sad for the vet to even consider not trying to save her after her "family" abandoned her at the vet. Nyla was suffering from tick fever and needed extreme help and support to make through the next several weeks. She is now able to stand and walk and is gaining back weight. She desperately needs a family to love her and help her become the dog that her eyes indicate she longs to be. She loves adults but is fearful of young children so a quiet adult family home would be ideal. She will need tons of love as she continues to gain strength and weight. The Tick fever is cured and now it is just a matter of gaining weight. Please, please be ready to make a 100% commitment to Nyla as she so desperately deserves to know what love and commitment are....you absolutely must never let her experience the neglect of her first three years.
