Her name isn?t just due to her coloring; it also reveals that she is similar to that creature comfort so many of us start the day withwarm, inviting, comforting, and stimulating in a quiet, non-aggressive way., Mocha is definitely a companion in waiting. Her personality is all about giving, and she is hoping for that special someone who is ready to have the relationship of a lifetime. This relationship will include someone who will listen, without interrupting, with perked ears and expressively raised eyebrows. It will also include someone who won?t embarrass you in public, who will enjoy every walk and ride in the car together, and who will believe that you are the center of the Universe. , She is a Rottweiler mix, hence the loving attention to your personal needs. Since she is a mix, she doesn?t have the bulk typically associated with Rottweilers, as she weighs only 45 pounds. If you like to eat, then she?s an even better match for you, as that is probably her favorite pastime, more than likely due to her time on the street., Mocha is such a sweetheart. Mocha is wonderful because she is very quiet, which makes her a great companion. She always wants to be around people to either lick them or lie at their feet. She is a joy to take on hikes and walks because she never pulls and is friendly to all the strangers she meets. At home Mocha is either laying upside down with her tongue out or she is laying on her tummy with all her legs stretched out in a very goofy position. This gentle girl does great with kitties and is very trainable. Her foster mom only had to ask her to not eat the kitty food once, and then she wouldn't even look at it! She will do anything for love and affection. Wouldn't you love to have such a wonderful dog to share your home??, Mocha is housebroken, friendly with other dogs, cats, and children over 8 years of age. She needs some basic obedience training, and she?ll need time to adjust and feel safe at her new home before being left alone too much. She hopes to find someone to share her life with who is as sensitive about other creature?s feelings as she is.*************************************, FROM MOCHA'S FOSTER:, , Mocha is a wonderful dog who loves to be upside-down all the time!! If she finds a new patch of snow, she will be rolling upside-down. If she is sleeping while you watch TV, she will be sleeping upside-down. It is so funny that you just have to laugh when you see her! Mocha is such a joy and a blessing because she is gentle, friendly, loving, loyal, housebroken, and very quiet. Mocha rarely ever barks; in fact the only noise she ever makes is the occasional doggie toot which can happen to any good dog. ;) Mocha has already been spayed, and does not have any health issues. The major behavior issue that Mocha had when she came to Pawplacement was separation anxiety. However, since she has been in a loving foster home and figured out that the people she loved were not going abandon her, this behavior problem has disappeared! Mocha does great on walks and hikes because she doesn?t pull while on the leash and she will stay near you if she is off the leash. However she has a thing about cars in which she will try to get into any car that she sees, especially if they left their door open! At night, Mocha loves to snuggle with you in bed. She usually sleeps at your feet, but watch out because she sometimes tries to steal the pillow! , Mocha is an angel who loves to bring happiness everyone.
