Labrador/Pit Mix

Boy oh boy what a two days this little guy has had. He spent TWO HOURS sitting outside Petsmart in a shopping cart with people just passing him by but then his life was forever changed when someone decided to intervene and take him home. His angel of a lady could not keep him but a plea was put out to rescue groups with his little picture and 24 hours later he was in foster! He is just a baby yet but already figured out how to go in and out the doggy door by watching his big ole foster brothers and sisters! We will be working on housetraining but so far he has no accidents!!! What a smart little guy! He is pretty thin and LOVES to eat and he cleans his little food bowl like he has never eaten before. he loves the big guys and is very respectful of them. He is absolutely crashed out on his bed by me as I type and happy to be warm, full of food and have a soft bed. He comes to his name and snuggles in when being picked up. He was playing with some children when I picked him up and seems to just adore people and other dogs. Will try him with kitties tomorrow! I can not imagine being just 12 weeks old and going through so many changes in the last 48 hours and just adjusting to them so quickly...he seems quite at home here but he needs his very own forever home! SO....if you are 100% sure you are ready for the fun AND WORK a puppy requires you may be just what Robby is looking for. He needs a family that will commit to him forever and for always no matter what life changes occur...moving, marriage, kids, job, or whatever. This little guy spent two hours sitting in a shopping cart with no one on his side and he does no ever want to be in that predicament again....so make sure you are ready for a 12 - 15 year companion. Robby is just a baby but once his shots are complete off to puppy class he should go with a loving two legger (that's you!) by his side.
