Beauty appeared in the alley in 2004, and we quickly made friends. She was neglected, with matted hair. She allowed me to groom her and get rid of the mats. I fed her daily in the alley for about a year and never saw any sign of kittens or being in heat. Every afternoon, she ran to greet me at feeding time and we would visit and cuddle. In January, 2006 Beauty came into our home. Unfortunately, our other cat does not like her despite our best efforts. Beauty gets along well with our dog, who is old and calm. She tested negative for FIV and Feline Leukemia and had all shots in January. She has adjusted well to living inside. She is a sweetheart and will be a good companion.
