Leo was given up by his owners after they had reported receiving complaints from their neighbors that he was barking. Folks...if your going to leave your dogs outside without any attention or care, your dogs will get bored and tried to get attention any way they know how. Leo was filthy, full of mats and ticks after coming to Paw Placement. Leo is in fostercare with other dogs and cats and doing great. He such a love bug and is now thriving on the attention he is getting. He is very much a lap boy...now that he has a lap to be on :) In order to set Leo up for is future years, we would like to see him go into an adult home or one where the children are over the age of 10.
