Seriously folks - look at this face. Have you ever seen anything more adorable? Bear found himself at the pound after attempting to bite a child. Many of you may not realize that there are many dogs of smaller stature on death row at the pound because they have bitten a child. Sadly, these dogs are not aggressive animals but living beings who were trying to defend themselves from small humans who have no impulse control. Sadder still is the fact that few human owners realize that children must be taught how to behave around animals as much as animals must be taught proper "etiquette" around humans. Little Bear is a cuddle bug who will make a great companion for someone seeking a gentle dog with whom to calmly wile the day away. Bear will require daily walks and maybe a trip to the dog park but he is not overly-active. When you pet him behind his teddy bear ears, he closes his eyes and rests his snout on your lap. Because of his past with children, Bear must go to an adult-only home, preferrably where he is the only canine companion. Look into this angel's eyes -- you can almost hear him saying, "Please won't you let me be your Teddy Bear??!?!?
