Juanita was born in a mud puddle in the neighbor?s backyard last April. She has been living next door to me with her mother and uncle. The neighbors rescued her mother, Mary, and uncle, Grizzly, from an abusive situation. Although their hearts were in the right place they took them from an abusive situation to a neglectful one. The dogs were tied to trees with little food and water. One by one I convinced the neighbors to give the pups up. Juanita's mom and uncle have found loving forever homes. Now it's Juanita?s turn! Despite her rough first year, Juanita is a confident, trusting puppy. , Juanita is a very active one-year-old Lab mix and can be quite the goofball. She is so sweet and extremely loving. She loves other dogs and children. Juanita is good with cats too. She is spayed and current on vaccinations. Juanita is house-trained; crate trained and stays in a fenced yard.
