Domestic Tabby

There is one defining way to describe Monty - "Gentleman." This is a cat with impeccable manners. He loves being around humans. He will quietly follow you from room to room. He wont get in your way, or weave between your legs precariously as so many cats do . . . he will simply make sure all is okay as you go about your housely duties. He will obediently sit and watch you do your chores, never jumping up on counters, just sitting and purring, and looking at you with adoring golden eyes. Monty is a true sweetheart. He is a beautiful tabby boy who only asks that you love him when you have the time. If you dont, he will wait for your next pat with the patience of the saint. And when you do nestle down to love on him, you will not be disappointed. Monty will head butt and roll over for belly rubs. He will pet your face with his paw. This gentle soul is so giving and loving. Monty gets along with other cats after introduction (he is currently playing nursemaid to five kittens at our Chandler center. He patiently lets them scamper around him, eat out of his food bowl and bat at his toys. Occassionally, he will set his boundaries with a firm but harmless swat but he is always gentle with and mindful of the babies). We do ask that Monty not go to a home with young children or dogs. For some reason, both stress him out. Being old school, Monty believes that children should be seen and not heard. Therefore, we suggest a quiet home where Monty may relaxed in civilized adult company. As we all know, dogs dont seem to have the finer manners of felines, therefore, Monty prefers an environment where canine chaos is not a factor. Please come see our Monty. His big yellow eyes will melt your heart like butter and his gentle demeanor will captivate you. He is such a cool cat!
